Basic element of technology is cold-rolled revetment from thin Zinc sheet, which can be used both for assembly of an integral skeleton of a building and for installation of separate reconstructed elements or again of built objects: outside and internal walls, partitions, between-floors overlapping, roofs etc.

   Connection of constructive elements is carried out without welding, with the help screws from high-strength steel.

   The materials for construction and certification of outside protecting structures of buildings with INSY thermo-revetment are prepared by NIR NIS SibADI (Omsk).



Quickly Surely Good-looking

   With development of the market of building materials and services, the wide circulation in the Russian regions received a technology of fast construction from easy metal structures. The Chelyabinsk firm INSY, which has branches in many Russian cities, has mastered output of thin-walled steel structures with high carrying ability and low thermal conductivity, roofing metal tile, including exclusive - Banga, siding, elements of drain system, revetment sheet for facing walls and ceilings etc.

   Our let out system of construction allows to build attics without single wooden bar, to erect two-storeyed buildings (both inhabited, and industrial) with height of a wall up to six meters and flight of farms between support up to 12 meters without welding and elevating cranes, and also to warm walls of houses, create between-floors overlapping etc. In number of regions of Ural and Siberia some structures are already erected from INSY light metal constructions. The projects were developed by experts of INSY architectural - design department, and the installation is carried out by building division of firm.

   In a basis of technology of construction underlie the application of cold-rolled structures from Zinc iron, which is used both as rack-mount structure (with a longitudinal additional edge) and as lathing at facades warming (without an edge). Peculiarity of structure is punching, which represents slits on a surface of metal executed in a special sequence, that excludes its throughout freezing. That is why it is called thermo-revetment. It has various width of the central shelf and thickness of metal: from 0,7 up to 1,5 mm. It influences on thickness thermo-insulation.

   The tests, carried out by the Siberian state motor-road academy, showed high efficiency of thermo-insulation of skeleton from INSY thermo-revetments. In particular, minimal temperature of an internal surface of an apartment house wall with thermo-insulations thickness about 150 mm on skeleton bordering from thermo-revetment ╥╧╧ 150ї45ї1.0 with a step in 600 mm, in conditions of Chelyabinsk was 15,6 degrees, what is much higher than so-called point of dew.

   Thermal conductivity of a metal structure comparable with wooden bar, has allowed to refuse from wooden rafters and lathing. Installation carried out with help of bolts and the elements of skeleton with certain sizes have predetermined smaller dependence between quality of a mounted surface and qualification of the workers (wooden surface has usage to play and requires the large skill of the carpenters, who carry out the connection of lathing details). Besides, architects consider, that it is more interesting to work with metal: the technology allows to erect stylized buildings: from small temporary buildings to various attics and supermodern auto centers.

   In spite of rather insignificant weights (1 sq.m of an outside wall with design thickness about 215 - 245 mm weigh 30 - 32 kg) construction has rather enviable durability. Faculty of Building designs and engineering structures of Southern Ural State University tested a fragment of a roof from the bent structures with width 12m and height 5 ь on snow and wind loadings. Tests showed high carrying ability of construction. Also were tested resistibility of a structure at a bend, and fadeness of color of a polymeric Zinc sheets covering, from which metal tile and siding are made: service life of metal designs is measured in tens years.

   The new technology essentially reduces expenses on structures erection, and taking into consideration the fact, that the architectural - building INSI system does not require wet works, it is possible to tell, that it is more advantageous in all senses: from the point of view of profitability and expressiveness, and from the point of view of speed and convenience of installation.

   Obviously, the technology of quick constructing will develop in oil- and gas-bearing region and obtaining region: oil and gas industry workers and miners will appreciate easily delivered by air and quickly constructed strong and beautiful metal structures, executed according to the latest technologies.


Steel fachwerk

   Durability characteristic of carrying and protecting constructions from steel, are inaccessible to other materials. Perhaps, metal structures have only one weakness - big thermal conductivity, but today all problems are surmountable. INSY Company offers in a regional market metal frame with rather witty construction - a structure with thermal conductivity of wood!

   Metal thermo-revetment differs from a usual structure only by presence of punching. The geometry of punching is executed in a special way - gradient of heat passes longer way from an external surface to internal. In result, thermal conductivity of a metal structure becomes equal to appropriate parameter of wooden bar with the same thickness. The application thermo-revetment in Siberia and even in Yakutia has not disappointed the builders. This construction of skeleton does not create bridges of a cold air! In building with small number of floors, thermo-revetment is suitable as a skeleton of a building. However, an opportunity to use thermo-revetment as rafters attracts customers most of all. In comparison with traditional roofing system from wooden rafters, thermo-revetment is easier and much more strongly. Wood requires antiseptic impregnations, difficult cutting of connections, and high-paid works of narrow specialization.

   The installation of thermo-revetment does not require heavy loading equipment and high man-hour. The accuracy of assembly is faultless. The precisely verified admissions of rafters and lathing, guarantee an equal surface of a roof. The connection of thermo-revetments on bolts provides reliability of the construction.

   The metal structure demonstrates its abilities in attics construction most brightly. Easy frame constructions do not require strengthening the foundation. The works are simplified - dismantle of an old roof can be made after finishing the installation of skeleton of a new covering.    Metal tile and revetment harmoniously supplements the whole construction. Thickness of a sheet is 0,5mm; special geometry of a structure allows to maintain significant snow loadings. The protecting covering of sheets is reliable enough. Zinc steel is grounded, than on the external side a layer of a color polymeric covering is put, on the internal - lacquer covering. An external covering - polyether, it is the best cover for roofs. The small thickness of a layer guarantees good portability of temperatures fluctuations, and the structure of polymer has durability and high resistance to atmospheric influences. Roof has magnificent aesthetic qualities - wide color range (14 colors), slightly dim surface.

   Thermo-revetments can be used in facades, walls and ceilings furnishing. Metal siding and facing sheet for furnishing of walls and ceilings have different colors and geometry of a structure.

   Client can order individual computer account of a roof, which includes the full set of furnishing elements. If necessary account of a roof is made on a turn-key basis.
